Easier submissions

Just brainstorming here - wondering how we could make submissions easier 
for people (other than finding a perl or python script to actually allow 
upload of files...)

Given that a lot of people post to gnome-look.org first, then copy their 
 post to art.gnome.org, what do people think of the possibility of a 
"copy submission from gnome-look" button?! I don't know much about 
extracting data from html, so I'm hoping someone could let me know how 
possible it is to do from gnome-look.
