[Usability] UI review outcomes

Hi,
I haven't been present at any of the recent UI reviews. I think that it
would be good if a summary or some kind of document were to come out of
these reviews for those not present. I think either just a few notes
from someone there, or perhaps an IRC log would be a good idea.
