I agree with Maciej, an instant-appply button should not have a cancel
button.  Use Undo if necessary.

A "preview changes automatically" checkbox, with an Apply box greyed out
unless it's not checked, is useful if the options might take a long time,
and also makes it clear what type of dialogue box is in use.
