 - move options into burn dialog
 - use expander for options in dialog
 - bunch of error handling callback fixes
 - remove BURN_TMP stuff
 - fix rb-recorder-marshal.{c,h} build
 - disable menu option if no recorders
 - removed markup from glade strings
 - add checkbox for making multiple copies
 - etc.

Please note that this includes Christophe's dnd patch.
