It should be in 0.10.x, but may or may not be in time for 2.14.1.  This
depends on the relevant people reviewing and promoting the plugin, which
I can't do.

gsttaglib.c is 16K.  It is indeed an ugly solution, once I can
hard-depend on the relevant version of gstreamer-plugins this hack can
be dropped.
