[Planner] Colaborative Palnning

Hello, I'm new in Planner. I'm looking for a tool that allows
collaborative management.

I like planner because of its simplicity, but it hasn't all the
features that i need:

it Is possible to share calendars and resources between many projects?
it Is possible to share the projects via web to have remote access to it?
Another useful feature will be that the task assigned to the resources
appear in the resource's working calendar.
