Aha!  I found it.  We need to declare encoding="ISO-8859-2" (obviously).
I also removed all references to MrProject and replaced with Planner.  I
also moved Jordan's credits to the proper sections per the article
template.  

I posted it to my site, though I need to look at it some more since it
appears that some of the graphic links are busted.
