ORBit2 POA features?

Hi,

I have a question regarding ORBit2 - does it provide the
ServantAcrivator/ServentLocator POA interfaces necessary to use the
EvictorPattern from the Henning and Vinoski books?

The Evictor is one of the nicer distributed life cycle patterns (vs ref
counts etc) and I have some C++ apps that use if heavily - the recent
ORBit C++ mails have got me thinking :)
