dhcdbd-1.6 is now in FC5/rawhide and is
checked into Red Hat external CVS:
   module name: dhcdbd
   CVSROOT:     :ext:rhlinux.redhat.com:/usr/local/CVS
It should be at  
   download.fedora.redhat.com/../development/..
tomorrow and in rawhide20050608, and is also at:
   http://people.redhat.com/~jvdias/dhcdbd/1.6-1
Some improvements were made:
- Add GPL licensing
- Make all paths into -D options
- Handle interface specific dhclient-${if}.conf files 
  properly
- Add "up" dhclient flag DHCLIENT_NO_LEASES (4) 
  to remove lease database on startup
- Add /var/run/dhcdbd.pid file support
- fix initscript stop & add condrestart
- invoke condrestart on upgrade
- cleanup after dead prospective subscribers properly
