Atheros 5212 and NetworkManager

  NetworkManager does not seem to work with the Atheros 5212 a/b/g mini
pci card with madwifi driver.  I have gotten NetworkManager to work with
other cards but with the Atheros 5212 it just keeps scanning network
interfaces.  The Atheros 5212 works normally outside of NetworkManager.
