cd-creator - not creating

Hi

i'm running nautilus 2.6.3 and am having trouble getting the cd-creator
to actually burn a cd.

it all looks fine, the dialog pops up as expected and the progress moves
along with the cd drive activity led flickering away. when finished, i
check the cd and nothing has actually been burnt onto it. (and yes, i
have the cd drive selected as the target)

the drive is ok... the process works fine under gnome toaster and
xcdroast. i just can't seem to get it working under nautilus.

am i forgetting to switch something on??

any suggestions would be most appreciated.
