openning in a seperate window.

hello all,

When i double click on a file in the nautilus and it is a file
that can be opened by a gnome application (i.e. a ps file or a gnumeric file)
it opens it up with, for example, gnumeric IN THE NAUTILUS WINDOW.  is
there a way to tell nautilus to use a new window?
