Extfs scripts for 7z, adf, arc, cab, dar, img and iso

I've made some extfs scripts. No new ones except uiso. All have been updated 
a little.

u7z is for reading 7-Zip archives
uadf is for reading Amiga disk images
uarc is for reading arc/pak archives
ucab is for reading Microsoft cabinet files
udar is for dar disk images
uimg is for FAT disk images
uiso is for ISO9660 CD images
