Hi Jin,

Could you run LSR with the following command:

lsr -l debug

and send me the output please?

What speech engines do you have installed for GNOME speech? LSR should
detect the "best" available engine and use it automatically. It cycles
through all possibilities at load time, so manual configuration won't
help. 

We don't have an OpenSolaris test machine, so I'm wondering if there's
something different in the configuration.
