[sigc] introductory article to libsigc

Hi,

I've written an article on libsigc and I've posted it on 
http://www.codeproject.com/cpp/sigcart.asp. (the article is geared 
towards windows msvc programmers because it's a windows programmers 
site). However only the installation section is windows-specific so 
maybe someone here is interested as well (plus, I'm sure there are other 
windows programmers on this list :) ).
