[guppi-list] Guppi LGPL files, revisited

In response to my previous note:

I suspect the intent is for Guppi to be 100% pure GPL code, in which case
including a copy of the Lesser/Library GPL would not be the right answer.

The LGPL *does* let you redistribute LGPL sources under GPL, provided the
copyright statements are changed to reflect that.
