At the end of tommorrow (January 31st) the reception of works will be closed. An anonymous user requested an extension last Saturday [1] but no more details have been provided. We have a bunch of logos from several athors and it is expected to receive more works in the last minute - not sure about the web themes though. I think the most reasonable at this point is to go ahead with the plan. Registered users at beta.guadec.org will be able to vote individually, to decide the vote of the Community, that counts as one vote in the jury. If you want to vote, make sure you are a registered user by February 1st [2]. I'm going to contact the members of the jury to give/recall the election process. At the end everybody confirmed [3] but the board, which is understandable due to the change of members etc. Anne showed an initial interest being member of the jury but I haven't received confirmation from her as a representant of the board. Anne, you still have some hours to confirm!
