I wonder how many emails did you introduce? The number of votes casted
so far is 28. Which is very low IMHO considering the community's size. I didn't see any announcement about the voting or
registering for voting on foundation list. Which might
explain the low turnout.

ballot was crated and started. User registering after that moment don't
have the option to vote.

Practically that meant the deadline for participation was when you introduced the emails rather than tomorrow.
But why are emails of registered users for http://beta.guadec.org used for the polling site? I think we have other email lists that include more people.
