May i ask if someone here is using xemacs for developing gtkmm applications?

Welcome to linux.
I use emacs and xemacs for almost
everything i write, including c++ and gtkmm. I think it's very
useful because you can control and edit several files without using the
mouse. This makes you work faster. The only thing i miss is the
autocompletion of method names that is present in most IDE's.
