RE: Libpropc++

Maybe libsigc++ was GPL and libsigc++ 2 is LGPL? libpropc++ might be a
modified version of the first version, although, I wouldn't have thought
somebody could just relicense code, it would have to be the original author,
which maybe the case since I hear he doesn't hack on version two.
