[gtkmm] Getting Started w/ Gtkmm- Fedora and Tutorial

1) Are there recent builds of gtkmm (2.4.5 or later) for Fedora2 ?  Or do I 
need to download all the various sources and compile.  
2) I noticed the Tutorial is for version 1.2 - is there a later edition for 
2.4 ?  Any other suggestions for tutorials ? thks.
