problem in glade

hi,

i have glade 0.6.3 runnin on a red hat linux with kernel 2.4.20-8. i just typed glade in terminal and i got the three windows of glade. i made a very simple application and saved. now when i run ./autogen.sh i got some 'aclocal registered already' error. i got the following errors when i run the given commands:

 

aclocal ->aclocal:configure.in:8:macro 'AM_ACLOCAL_INCLUDE' not found in library

 

autoconf->configure.in:36:error:'po/Makefile.in' is alreaady regitered with AC_CONFIG_FILES

autoconf/status.m4:844:AC_CONFIG_FILES is expanded from...

configure.in:36:the top level

autom4te:/usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status :1

 

automake-> configure.in:required file './install-sh' not found

                                                     './missing' not found

aclocal.m4:2101: './config.guess' not found

                         './config.sub' not found

Makefile.am:3:required ./INSTALL not found

                                  ./COPYING not found

configure.in:5required file './config.h' not found

Makefile.am:3:required directory ./intl does not exist

src/Make.am: required  file   ./decomp' not found

 

am not able to make head or tail of it...am new to linux and mailling lists....

where am i supposed to look for the replies...will i get reply to my mail id or shud i look out somewhere....please help.

also i tried to use GTK_TEXT and GtkText in glade 1.3.3 with ximian desktop but it gives an error as undefined reference.
