Missing atk-1.0.lib in adk-dev-1.10.3.zip

Hello, this is probably for Tor Lillqvist:

The Win32 adk - adk-dev-1.10.3.zip package, which can be found at 
ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.8/win32/atk-dev-1.10.3.zip, doesn't contain 
the atk-1.0.lib file in the lib directory.

Has this been done by purpose or by mistake?
