create a new GdkPixbufModule

Hi, 

sorry for my bad english...

I try to write a new GdkPixbufModule for reading bsb fle (it's
used for georeferenced picture for sailling software)

I've begin to make some test but I don't find how compile just a
module ?
I must always do a make on gtk and it's a little long....
and I think it's not the better way....

if someone can help me.
