GTK+-2.4.0 schedule change

At the GTK+ team meeting last night, we decided on a change to
the schedule for the 2.4.0 release - instead of doing 2.4.0 this
week, and a followup 2.4.1, we'll do a 2.3.6 release today and
2.4.0 in a week.

The basic reason for this is GtkFileChooser; while Jonathan and 
Federico are doing a wonderful job at polishing the rough corners and
making it nice, it's still quite easy to crash it with a little
experimentation. A further week of stabilization we think will
give us a lot more stability in this area.
