Yes, but there's no bugzilla entry for fact that I can't read. Yeah, I 
confused myself by reading dox for 1.2 while looking at the 2.0 source.

Is it an API bug or a bug in the docs? A @see equivalent in doxygen can 
point to GdkPixbufLoader for in-memory reads while browsing the "file" 
equivalent.
