1.3.13 coming up

I'm going to do a glib/gtk+/pango 1.3.13 release tomorrow. My personal
TODO list for this is:

 - Deal with the "6 API issues" I mailed about earlier
 - Get as many of the outstanding patches out in as possible

Which should keep me busy.
