Hi,

For 1.3 I started going through and GtkBindingSet-izing things today,
and I'm adding the KP stuff as I do that. (KP_Enter and also things
like KP_Page_Up.) So I'll merge this patch (or do the equivalent
things using binding set) for 1.3.
