Why is makeenums.pl and maketypes.awk in GTK+ and not GObject ?

Hi guys,

is there any reason why maketypes.awk and makeenums.pl are local
in gtk+/gtk and not in gobject and why aren't these scripts installed ?

I think it would make sense to have a gobject.defs in the same way than
we have a gtk+.defs for stuff like GParamFlags etc.

What do you think ?
