Default version numbers in {glib,gtk}.m4

Hello, guys
In glib.m4 and gtk.m4, the default version in the AM_PATH_{GLIB,GTK}
macros is specified as 0.99.7. This is in glib.m4:45 and gtk.m4:41,
respectively. Shouldn't this be 1.2.0 instead?
