[GnomeMeeting-list] installing

Not being a programmer, installing Gnommeeting may be beyond me - in 
that it doesn't seem to be the 'install it for you' (VISE) installer.  
I read through the FAQ's and I don't get it. Can someone help me?  I 
need this to be able to do conferencing with a client by week's end.  
Will pay consulting fees if necessary.
