The FAQ says :
"The easiest way to make GnomeMeeting work behind a NAT/PAT gateway is
to install GnomeMeeting 0.94 or newer, to enable IP translation and to
forward the required ports to your internal computers."

"Here is the list of ports that you need to allow and forward to your
internal computer: "

But I think you only allowed the required ports. Only allowing is not
enough, you also have to forward them to the internal machine.
