Hello everybody,
I just tested Kilian's latest build and indeed all errors have gone.  I think 
its a good idea to leave fullscreen mode disabled for WIN32 as long as the 
SDL issue  is not fixed properly. In my own build ( see 
http://wwwuser.gwdg.de/~mrickma/ekiga/ ) it is not disabled and the return 
from fullscreen remains a hazard. At the current resolution fullscreen looks 
a bit ugly anyhow. I attached a new icon. A Win32 Ekiga Beta deserves a 
program icon, I think.
As to the SDL stuff, I have tried various things to fix it properly without 
success so far. I suspect that its a matter of Windows instances, i.e. that 
the SDL windows is only closed when a reference counter is zero.
