I used the following workaround to avoid the problem :

g++ -DP_USE_PRAGMA -D_REENTRANT -fPIC -DPIC -DPTRACING
-I/apps/ekiga/opal/include  -DPTRACING
-I/apps/ekiga/opal/../pwlib/include
**** -I/apps/ekiga/opal/src/codec/speex/libspeex ****
-Os -felide-constructors -c /apps/ekiga/opal/src/codec/speexcodec.cxx -o
/apps/ekiga/opal/lib/obj_linux_x86_r/speexcodec.o

but something is not clear for me ... (pb with automake ?)
