[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] Feature request: move outbound sip proxy to accounts.

Running latest ekiga, I have been using it for awhile without issue,
however I've set up two accounts and run into a problem as my first
account needs sip outbound proxy to receive calls via my did from an
outside pstn line.  My second account is a sipphone account which
does not allow me to place or receive calls while I have the sip
outbound proxy populated.

I tried this on twinkle and it works as it has the sip outbound proxy on a per account basis.
