Control center 2.0 port

I've started working on the GNOME 2.0 port of the control center. The
HEAD branch of the control center is designated for the 2.0 port and is
not currently guaranteed to work at all. I have created a branch called
gnome-1-4-branch for continued work on the 1.5.x series. Please use that
branch unless you want to work on the 2.0 platform. Thank you.
