I think this is a great idea. Using
http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany/ would be consistent with having 
http://www.gnome.org/projects/agnubis/,
http://www.gnome.org/projects/gb/, http://www.gnome.org/projects/gconf/,
http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnome-db/,
http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnome-print/,
http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnumeric/,
http://www.gnome.org/projects/gst/, http://www.gnome.org/projects/guppi/
and http://www.gnome.org/projects/nautilus/ as we already have.

What are the problems stopping the move?
