Dictionary applet overhauling

Hi all.

I've seen on the wiki that one of the goals for the gnome-dictionary
applet would be to re-use Seth's gnome-blog UI (nice, hanging window).

For my recent-documents-applet I did a porting of the AlignedWindow
widget from Python to C, and I'm willing to work on gnome-dictionary for
this UI change in the 2.13 release cycle.

Is anyone already doing this, is it worth the couple of hours I intend
to spend on it?
