Re: I can't sync my TE2

Hi,
There are a few basic things I always suggest:

1. have you tried connecting to ttyUSB0 instead of ttyUSB1?
   according to http://www.pilot-link.org/node/111 the
   tungsten T2 uses usb0.

2. try connecting with pilot-link. Try, for example,
	pilot-xfer -p /dev/ttyUSB0 -l (or ttyUSB1)
If this works you can rule out a lot of basic
problems and limit your problem to gnome-pilot.

3. try killing the gpilotd process and starting a new
one in a terminal, so that you can see any messages it
produces. You should see it trying to connect. Send
us the messages. To kill and restart, try:
	killall gpilotd
	/usr/libexec/gpilotd
gpilotd may live somewhere else in your distribution.

Regards,

Matt
