gnome-pilot framework....

Hi everyone,

	I haven't followed the development of gnome-pilot for a while.  So 
what I said may not be true.

	Is there a hotsync framework in gnome?  gnome-pilot is just for PDA 
(I think).  For cellphone, we need something like gnokii.  And I 
think there maybe duplication of code about the syncing logic.  I 
think long time ago, there was someone on the list proposed a 
hotsync framework to separate the hardware communication code and 
the syncing logic code.  And I think kitchen-sync in KDE is going 
for that direction.  I am just wondering if there is a plan for 
something like that in gnome.
