[PATCH] fix for memo-file conduit crashes in gnome-pilot 2.0.10

There is a patch available to fix the problem with memo-file-conduit
crashes.  This problem was first reported in gnome-pilot-2.0.9.
The patch is for the gnome-pilot-2.0.10 distribution.

You'll also see a patch to memo_file_conduit.c, that reverses a couple
of changes made between 2.0.9 and 2.0.10 that tried to prevent
memo-file from crashing gpilotd.  This had the side-effect of 
preventing memo-file from running when there were no local
categories or record files (which would happen when running memo-file
for the first time, for example).
