free list corrupt?

When I try to install the new gnome-pim I keep getting "free list corrupt
(6639752) -- contact rpm-list@redhat.com". Is this a problem with my copy of
the package, or something deeper? If it's the latter, what exactly am I
supposed to contact Redhat and tell them?
