status gnome ftp and mirrors

The gnome ftp and web sites appear to be down, though this list appears
to still be running.

Before the problems, there was an announcement of 0.99.4 RPMs. Did
those RPMs make it to any of the mirrors? I've checked the two nearest
me, and neither has them. Am I out of luck until ftp.gnome.org gets
back up?

Any prognosis?
