Snapshots fixed

Hi,

Miguel was kind enough to point out to me that I had my CVS mirror
improperly configured - I needed to also mirror the CVSROOT/modules
file.

As a result, the snapshots I am generating now properly include the
macros/intl/support directories that were previously missing.

I apologize to all the people who complained to me about this
previously - I didn't properly understand that feature of CVS.
