balsa HEAD upcoming release

Hi guys,

We intend to release within next 2-3 days new stable series based on  
HEAD branch of balsa. I have impression many translations need an  
update. There will be more releases coming so missing this one won't be  
a big loss but of course it is nice to get things right as soon as  
possible.
