Evolution 1.3 Preview release

Hi,

we are planning to make an unstable pre-release of Evolution for GNOME 2
early next week, so if you want your translation to be included please
make sure your changes to CVS HEAD of the gal/gtkhtml/evolution .po
files are committed by Monday morning.
