translating --help

Hi,

It looks like most gnome apps don't translate the --help
messages. They are usually marked for translation with N_(),
and are translated in the .po files, but _() is never run on
them.

This is even true of the default --help messages in
libgnome. 

Is this a problem that should be fixed?
