New release of Gnome Transfer Manager GTM

Hi!

I'm going to make a last release of GTM for gnome 1.4 in the next week.
So I updated the gtm.pot file in gnome CVS in the extra-po/gtm
directory. This release fixes the problem of not working with wget 1.8
and a couple of other add-ons received in the last six months.
