Galeon branches

Hi,

we started porting galeon to gnome2 so here is the new situation:

cvs HEAD:
It's the branch were we are going to do the gnome2 port, so translations
should use UTF 8

cvs galeon-1-2 branch:
We are going to stabilize it down for 1.2 release, we target it with
mozilla 0.9.9 release

cvs galeon-1-0 branch:
This branch is probably/hopefully going to be obsolete. We dont plan new
releases on it at the moment.
