gASQL + gnome-db modules = mergeant

Hi

This is just a note for translators of the gASQL and gnome-db CVS
modules, to tell them that both modules have been merged into a single
application, which is now in the mergeant CVS module.

So, please, do not translate anymore neither the gASQL nor the gnome-db
modules. Translate mergeant instead.
